Lodging
Due to its small size most lodging in Tamarindo and Langosta is within walking distance of the beach. Langosta Beach is on the southern end of Tamarindo Bay and about a 15 minute walk to the center of Tamarindo. Taxis are easily available.
In the off season you might be able to just walk in and get a room, however in the months from December through April you are best off making a reservation in advance. Christmas and Easter should be booked months ahead of time as it is the busiest time of the year.
